The agreement starts here
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or asking A1 ATM Services to provide ATM maintenance, repair, cash dispenser, card reader, security inspection, or installation work, you accept these terms.
Read them before you book a visit. A written quotation, purchase order, or signed service agreement may add terms for a specific job. If those documents conflict with this page, the signed job document controls for that work.
These terms apply to the customer and anyone the customer authorises to arrange access, approve work, or receive service reports.
Scope, access, and timing
2. Service Engagement & Quotations
A quotation remains open for 14 days unless it states another period. Prices cover only the work and equipment described in that quotation. Hidden damage, non-standard parts, extra visits, and work outside the agreed scope need written approval before they are charged.
Before work begins
The customer must confirm the site address, ATM model, requested work, contact person, and approved access window.
Site access
Provide safe access, keys or permits where required, and a suitable working area. Delays caused by missing access may lead to a further visit charge.
Customers must keep cash, keys, credentials, and sensitive records under their own control. Tell our technician about alarms, restricted areas, known faults, and safety risks before arrival.
Emergency attendance is subject to technician availability and site access. The emergency rate, response target, parts position, and any after-hours charges will be confirmed before dispatch where practical.
Reasonable boundaries
3. Limitation of Liability
A1 ATM Services will carry out agreed work with reasonable care and skill. Report a suspected service fault promptly so we can inspect it while the relevant records and equipment are available.
To the extent allowed by Singapore law, our total liability for a particular service engagement is limited to the service fees paid for that engagement. This limit does not remove liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We are not liable for indirect loss, lost revenue, lost business, loss of data, or consequential loss arising from an ATM outage or delayed operation. The customer remains responsible for business continuity, cash handling, insurance, network services, and manufacturer warranties.
Force majeure events can affect attendance or completion. These include severe weather, transport disruption, power failure, civil restrictions, supplier delays, and other events outside reasonable control.

Use this website for lawful business or personal enquiries about A1 ATM Services and its ATM services. Keep any enquiry details accurate and do not interfere with the site's operation or security.
Automated scraping, bulk copying, unauthorised probing, and attempts to gain access to restricted systems are prohibited. We may restrict access when misuse creates a security or service risk.

If a disagreement happens
5. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms and any service agreement with A1 ATM Services are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Raise a concern with us first and provide the quotation number, site address, service date, and relevant report. We will review the records and aim to resolve the issue through direct discussion.
Where direct discussion does not resolve the matter, both parties should consider mediation in Singapore before starting court proceedings. Singapore courts have jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be settled.
